Membership Terms and Conditions

Liability Clause

1. I hereby assume complete and full responsibility for any and all injuries to any person(s) which result in whole or in part using the toys I borrowed from the CHB Toy Library.
2. I hereby release the CHB Toy Library from any and all responsibility in respect of injuries sustained either outside of the premises or on the premises of the CHB Toy Library.

Privacy Clause

I understand my details will be added to the member register and that the information will be used for the CHB Toy Library business purposes.

 

Toy Rental Terms and Conditions

Responsibility

I hereby assume full responsibility of any toy(s) on hire in my name. I am liable for loss, damage, care and maintenance of said items.

Overdue Toy Rental

I hereby give my consent for the CHB Toy Library to take the necessary action for the return of overdue toy(s)
